Litigation Attorney Candidate Will contribute to complex disputes from day one, including propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and briefs, attending court hearings and taking and defending depositions. Will also handle mediations and arbitrations of real estate and CID disputes. Must be currently admitted to practice law in California. Public speaking and marketing skills are desirable. Must have 3+ years of litigation(Construction Defect Litigation preferred) experience on either plaintiff or defense side. Must be experienced construction defect litigator with a transactional background in real estate and Community Association Law. Must be a self-starter with a high level of commitment, be well organized, and be able to handle a heavy case-load. Strong research, writing and communication skills are a must.
