Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have solid experience in state and federal court cases inclusive of e-filing of pleadings; document and e-platform discovery and control; deposition scheduling and summaries; witness interaction; trial preparation; and billing functions associated with these tasks. Must work well with a litigation team under the direction of skilled trial attorneys. Must have 3+ years of experience.
