Plaintiff s Personal Injury - Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting Litigation Department attorneys with discovery preparation, trial preparation, deposition preparation, e-filing pleadings, assisting with client meetings, communicating with clients, communicating with Judges Offices and opposing counsel, scheduling hearings, mediations and depositions. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Civil litigation department experience required. Must be familiar with e-filing through Florida s e-filing system. Should possess strong verbal, written and organizational skills. Spanish fluency, speaking and writing, are desirable.
