Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager Duties: Proactively communicating with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their case and documenting all conversations. Providing accurate and consistent information to clients regarding possible issues with gaps in treatment, over and under-treatment, etc.. Keeping updated on client medical treatment and referring to specialists as needed. Confirming liability position and limits within 30 days of file being opened. Handling a high volume of cases while ensuring exceptional client service. Requirements: Highly organized and able to prioritize work to ensure job responsibilities are completed timely and accurately. A great listener & able to quickly build rapport with your assigned clients. You have several years of experience handling cases as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm and have a solid understanding of insurance coverages. Speak Spanish, even better.
