Litigation/Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: Gathering, formatting and coordinating document productions and evidence for trials, due diligence, domain name disputes, trademark prosecution filings and trademark administrative proceedings, including: Evidence of use, registration and fame of and third party references to mark. Third party use of similar marks. Related goods and services. Investigations of targets, infringers and adversaries. Drafting and filing take down notices concerning intellectual property violations, including on social media and ecommerce platforms. Maintaining and organizing files and documents. Docketing and managing deadlines and attorney ticklers. Coordinating and drafting affidavits, corporate filings and legalizations of documents. Should have excellent technical skills required, including:Docketing and IP record management programs (WebTMS a plus) and eDiscovery platforms (Concordance, Relativity a plus); Document management systems (iManage a plus); Trademark searches (Corsearch a plus); Website content and management (Firmseek a plus); Electronic filings (TTAB, TESS, federal and state ECF a plus). Also required: Bachelor's degree.
