Immigration Attorney- Associate The candidate's duties include: To handle all aspects of immigration law including family based petitions, waivers, asylum, and removal defence before the Department of Homeland Security, and immigration courts or state courts if related to a client's immigration case? Conduct thorough intakes to ascertain immigration relief? Handle preparation, Master Calendar appearances and Individual Hearings. Should have excellent oral and written communication. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in the State. Bar card (Required).
