Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate responsibilities: Client Intake. Drafting, Negotiating, Settling cases pre litigation. Drafting Complaints and Discovery. Taking and Defending Depositions. Working with Experts and Doctors. Jury Trials. Should have 2+ years in litigation experience, preferably plaintiff or defense personal injury. Must have drafted and argued motions, taken depositions and ideally, taken cases to jury trial. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe.
