Associate Attorney The candidate must be Florida Bar members in good standing. 3 years of litigation experience is necessary, with an emphasis on commercial litigation being a plus. Flexibility and transactional experience is also a plus, as to handle all aspects of law for clients. Must have strong writing skills, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and be able to manage several cases from inception to completion.
