Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist in the preparation of case from inception to conclusion including but not limited to the drafting of documents, organizing and coordinating document production, preparing for and attending depositions, preparing for and attending trials, mediations, arbitrations and associated motions and evidentiary hearings. Requirements: College degree. FRP and CLA certifications preferred. 5 years' experience working as a litigation paralegal.
