Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate should possess good communication skills, be a team player as well as able to work independently, be organized, proactive and self-motivated. Must have the ability to manage a demanding workload of complex med mal cases, including medical summary/chronology, identify and locate experts, request, retrieve and track incoming and outgoing records, prepare trial witness and exhibit lists, and be available for trial work. Must capture time efficiently and according to client guidelines. Excellent benefits provided. Experience of 3-5 years (Required). High school or equivalent (Preferred).
