Litigation The candidate will focus on critical analysis of the case as a whole, drafting and filing pleadings with the court, tracking and meeting deadlines, significant and meaningful client interaction and maintenance of the file as a whole (including medical support.) Two years of previous personal injury litigation is preferred but an outstanding background in litigation would be considered. Experience assisting in Court during trial is also a plus.
