Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have understand and have experience in every facet of a car accident personal injury case. A good candidate will be one who enjoys communicating with clients as this position is purely a client contact and case management position and will not involve the drafting of documents. Maintain a case load of approximately 75 clients. Communicate frequently with those clients. Maintain a pleasant demeanor while communicating with a wide variety of personality types. Encourage clients to follow up with physician-recommended medical treatment. Communicate with insurance adjusters to address issues such as policy limits, treatment status, and other matters relevant to the case. Coordinate with the Firm s support teams to request documentation needed for the case. Verify with clients that treatment is complete, and the firm has all the necessary records and bills before submitting the case to the firm s attorneys and paralegals for demand writing and negotiation. Spanish Speaking is a plus. Must have 3+ years of experience.
