Employment Attorney The candidate should have 1+ years of solid litigation experience. First-hand experience in all aspects of lawsuits from intake through trial; including drafting complaints, discovery, motion practice, depositions and settlements. Federal Court trial experience preferred. Able to handle a large case load immediately. Must have strong working knowledge of federal, state and city discrimination laws.
