Immigration Attorney The candidate will assemble and organize immigrant and nonimmigrant filings. Prepare full range of immigration petitions and applications for corporate and individual clients. Maintain regular communication with clients and gather documents from relevant stakeholders. Obtain signed documents from clients, maintain the firm's case docket, and monitor deadlines. Track the status of filings and contact various government agencies for status updates. Assist with special projects, as necessary. Support HR team coordination tasks. 2-3 years of work experience required. Experience with H-1B, I-140, I-485 (immigrant and non-immigrant) filings required. Willing to venture into diverse areas of law including wills & estate planning, real property, corporate laws, immigration laws (employment-based, family-based nonimmigrant, and immigrant visa petitions) required. Demonstrate ability to handle caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
