Staff Attorney/Technical Advisor - Patent Litigation, Life Sciences Candidate will conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts and other professionals in our litigation and life sciences groups. For attorneys, this is a non-partnership track position. Must have at least a bachelors degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a similar life sciences field. Preferably will have a Ph.D. or Masters degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a similar life sciences field, and will have 3+ years experience providing similar legal support. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. Must be admitted to practice (or seeking admission) and active and in good standing in New York or Washington.
