Attorney Candidate is expected to work on cases for existing clients as well as to help grow Firm by bringing in $30K collectible fees from new clients to the Firm in the first year. Must have 3+ years' commercial and/or construction litigation experience. Portable billings a must. Partnership potential exists for the right candidate. Must have strong people, researching, writing, advocacy and analytical skills and be capable of handling cases from start to trial. Arbitration, District, Superior and Federal Court room experience preferred.
