Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience handling pre-suit and litigation of personal injury matters. Should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word/Excel, E-filing Portal, and Clerk of Court websites. Experience in drafting pleadings, filing pleadings, legal research, etc required. Ability to assist the attorneys in handling a case from pre-suit to trial required. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Should have extensive knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Be certified through NALA, have a paralegal certificate or degree or be a designated FRP through The Florida Bar. Be comfortable in learning new software programs.
