Immigration Attorney The candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas: Individual Hearings; Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of's tatus; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers; EB-5 and H-1B; Drafting and's ubmitting BIA Appeals; and Drafting and's ubmitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider.'s hould have a team mentality with an emphasis on customer's ervice. He/She must also be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner. 2 years of experience in Immigration Law preferred. Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good's tanding preferred. Must be able to's peak, read, and write's panish fluently. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver's License.'s panish required. Texas Bar License required.
