Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, detail orientated with exceptional analytical skills. Should have 3+ years minimum legal experience is a plus; Reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to multi-task are essential; Proficiency in Windows environment including Word, Outlook and Excel. Should be results oriented and excellent time management skills; Well versed in trial preparation; Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; self-motivated; Excellent written and oral communication skills. Will work independently and as part of a team towards common goal of excellent client service. Should have strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment.and Assist with preparation of pleadings and discovery. Will analyze, review and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery; and, prepare/coordinate document production and responses to discovery requests; Prepare initial drafts of various pleadings; Conduct legal research; Demonstrate basic strategic thinking and initiative with case assignments; Maintain calendars, provide attorney billing/invoice processing.
