Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 4 years of experience in Family Law with Business/Civil Litigation. Experience with State and Federal court rules and procedures, filing requirements, and e-filings is needed. Expertise in formatting requirements and guidelines for filings, pleadings, and requirements for applicable courts is critical. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, attorneys and staff is must. Spanish Fluency is preferred.
