Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle your own caseload with the support of an established firm and experienced litigators, we have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Attorney in our employment law department. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney who will handle everything from case selection through trial and settlement. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. Admission to practice law in New Jersey is required. Interest in advocating for employees who are victims of discrimination and harassment at work. Ability to litigate matters in person in NJ. Must have 2 years of civil litigation experience. New Jersey Bar License (Required).
