Immigration Attorney The candidate will be representing clients during Master Calendar and Individual hearings before the Immigration Court in Nebraska and Minnesota. Attending Adjustment of Status, I-751, and Naturalization interviews. Preparing and filing motions, joint motions, evidence, and other correspondence with the Immigration Court and Office of the Chief Counsel. Preparing immigrant/non-immigrant petitions with in-depth knowledge of the application process and requirements, specifically in I-485, EB1, PERM, H1B, L-1, NIW. Filing Notices of Appeal and Appellate briefs with the Board of Immigration Appeals. Visiting with clients detained in immigration and criminal facilities. Work Location: Iowa (Travel to MN when is required). Should have 2-3 years of experience in Immigration Law and bilingual is a plus. Bar license is required. Should be licensed in Iowa or Minnesota.
