Electronics & Software Attorney The candidate should have patent prosecution experience or industry experience in areas of chip design, computer architecture, server network architecture, network hardware design, system-on-chip (SoC) design, neural network, machine learning or video codecs. Should preferably have 2 years of experience in patent prosecution, with aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus. Must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
