Patent Attorney Electrical The candidate will be prosecuting patent applications. Should have a Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering and registration to practice before the USPTO. Must have good academic credentials and strong writing/analytical skills, and 2+ years of patent prosecution and/or USPTO experience in the wireless communications standards (3GPP, 3GPP2, LTE, IEEE, etc.) and/or digital TV standards such as ATSC.
