Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients at the Immigration Court on for Master and Individual hearings; adjustment of status, naturalization, and asylum interviews. Remain current on federal and state laws, regulations, and practices affecting the company business. Manage relationships and collaborate with co-counsel. Requirements: JD Degree required. Member of State Bar (NY preferred). 2+ years of immigration experience required including removal defense, cancellation of removal, Asylum and Withholding. Excellent attention to detail. Strong client service focus. Ability to work in teams. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
