Attorney - Bankruptcy Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of handling a case from the time it comes into the office, through court appearances and then to its conclusion. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on how to best resolve their financial issues. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Qualifications: The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience practicing law. Must be comfortable speaking in court. Should have familiarity with Bankruptcy Procedure. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have ability to build rapport with clients. Should preferably be bi-lingual in Spanish/English.
