Immigration Paralegal The candidate' must have 3+ years experience in immigration law is required. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken is required. New York notary public preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and to interact well with clientele is a must. Duties include preparation of immigration forms, assisting attorney on preparation of motions, appeals, client affidavits, court exhibits and other legal documents as well as researching country conditions & legal issues.
