Corporate Attorney The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree. Must have 3+ years of corporate regulatory and/or transactional experience, including: corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. Experience representing healthcare providers is preferred. Corporate compliance and governance, healthcare regulatory experience is an asset. Expertise with antitrust, fraud and abuse, insurance, managed care, or other distinct transactional experience is desired. Familiarity with accounting and finance is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly). Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills are needed.
