RECM Corporate Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience to join the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. General corporate experience is required, including drafting organizational and offering documents, along with significant experience with fund formations (real estate preferred) and joint ventures (real estate preferred). Should preferably have specific expertise in tax or securities law. Must have immediate transferable skills and strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school, as well as prior experience in a large law firm.
