Debt Collection Paralegal The candidate to handle a wide variety of responsibilities in a full-service debt collection litigation setting. Will have a background in preparing civil pleadings. 1 year of experience in a debt collection law firm or the civil division of a court are required. Responsibilities will include preparing pleadings, court forms, file management, file intake, communication with courts, debtors, court officers, and other vendors, as well as a variety of related tasks. Familiarity with Window 7 and Microsoft Office are a prerequisite. Familiarity with Qlaw, CLS, Cogent, JST, Interprose, WebAR, or similar debt collection software is preferred.
