Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience practicing primarily immigration law. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Must have experience with removal defense matters including 42B cancellation of removal, asylum, immigration implications of criminal offenses, as well as family-based petitions, naturalizations, humanitarian cases (U Visa, VAWA, SIJS, affirmative asylum, etc.). Experience using INSZoom is preferred. Should have experience managing paralegals and legal assistants, meeting externally and internally imposed deadlines, and maintain regular communication with clients by mail, email, and telephone.
