Construction Defect Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be a responsible legal assistant working in the Construction Litigation practice area. 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience is required. Should have solid knowledge of Federal and Oregon court rules and procedures. Experience in construction litigation is a plus. Should be proficient in MS Word, and document management.
