Associate Attorney The candidate will be working with the best attorneys in the field, will handle written discovery, fact and expert witness meetings, depositions, medical record review and reports, motions, court appearances, oral arguments and trial preparation. Will handle the defense of medical malpractice cases. May also have opportunities to second-seat trials. 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience is preferred.
