Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule. Should have excellent organizational skills while working in a check-list system. Must have in depth knowledge of the laws and rules associated with a Colorado personal injury trial practice. Should have 4+ years' working as a litigation paralegal with trial experience. Must have desire to spend a substantial portion of each work day talking with clients, processing client files, drafting pleadings, motions, and demand letters, preparing for trial and calendaring hearings and meetings. Should have in depth knowledge of the information needed to develop a personal injury claim including liability, damages and causation. Must be proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. Additionally, experience with Needles, Trialpad and Casemap software is a plus. Should have good writing and communication skills. Must be able to take direction from attorneys and managers while possessing the skills to be self-guided.
