Workers' Compensation Attorney The candidate will provide high quality and cost effective representation for employers and insurers in the defense of workers compensation claims. Be responsible for all aspects of litigation including taking depositions, attending mediation, and attending hearings with guidance from experienced mentors. Must have 1-3 years of workers compensation experience, general liability experience, or an interest in the insurance defense industry. Active member of the Georgia State Bar (Preferred).
