Associate Attorney /Senior Associate The candidate will join established insurance defense, construction, real estate, and small business law firm. Should be responsible, responsive, knowledgeable, creative, professional and able to work independently and as part of a team. Lateral hires and/or partner level applicants with established client base will be considered. Should have 3+ years of experience in insurance defense matters, with focus on personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, ELL, fire loss, and other GCL type claims; Experience including discovery, document review, depositions, motions practice, arbitrations and jury trials. Should have admission to the Oregon State Bar and Washington State Bar. Should have proven legal research and writing skills. Should have excellent decision making skills and judgment; and Strong work ethic.
