Part-time Temporary Business Attorney The candidate will join a business law firm, specializing in international business, technology, finance, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Will conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics including: intellectual property, international trade/business, taxation and immigration, and business strategy. Will create, review and provide input on documentation and agreements. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of New York and 2+ years of either in house and/or law firm experience. Should have a working knowledge and experience using programs and applications for remote work.
