QUALIFICATIONS: Litigation paralegal experience handling personal injury defense with a focus on product defect, premises liability, and construction defect Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and sense of urgency are essential to your success as you keep an effective diary of deadlines related to discovery and motion practices.
