Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for e-filing, drafting letters, maintaining paper and electronic files, calendaring, communication with the courts, scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management. Should have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, have advanced computer skills, possess excellent proofreading and writing skills, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment. Must have working knowledge of Florida Court procedures as well as eService and eFiling. Exposure to FileSite is a plus. Must have 2+ years litigation experience and be able to work in a busy, productive office.
