Legal Secretary The candidate will provide administrative assistance to attorneys in the management/administration of their practice. Will be responsible for providing support in the preparation and management/administration of documents and filings for corporate clients and assisting local attorneys with practice as necessary. Must have 5+ years of secretarial/administrative work experience in a legal or professional services environment. Experience working with attorneys in a law firm environment is preferred. Experience in both litigation and transactional practices is preferred. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor degree or secretarial certificate s preferred.
