Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate duties will include interaction with clients, creation/maintenance of files, maintaining court calendars (hearing dates, discovery schedules and deadlines), state court filings and county recordings ( eFiling, drafting (retainer agreements, correspondence, deeds, business entity documents), photocopying, scanning, and sorting incoming mail. Prior experience working in a law firm is preferred. Should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established protocol. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is required. Computer experience in TABS/Practice Master, OneLegal, and Worksite/iManage is preferred.
