Experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be defense litigation paralegal with 5+ years of recent defense litigation experience. Must be experienced in general/civil litigation (personal injury defense, preferred), and be an independent professional. Should have experience and knowledge of the preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, ability to assist with large document production, ability to utilize Adobe/Abbyy for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Should have the ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines is a must. Should be Certified through a paralegal program, NALA or are a Florida Registered paralegal should apply.
