Senior Attorney Training Coordinator Duties: Under limited guidance, works closely with the Director of Attorney Training, Attorney Training Assistant, and other members of the Group in developing and executing systems and processes for training and development of attorneys and patent agents. Applies discretion and judgment to administer a number of internal functions related to the administrative infrastructure of the Attorney Training Group (ATG), including preparing and overseeing the ATG budget, maintaining ATG Portal sites, and training new employees for the Group. Independently provides analysis of various aspects of Attorney Training Group programs and proactively recommends improvements and next steps to superiors. Manages large off-site training events. Facilitates work and communication flow within the ATG. Many duties are firmwide in scope. Ensures client services and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position. Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree Preferred. 2+ years Coordinating Events (law firm experience a plus). Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience with Chrome River a plus. Ability to keep confidential information, observations, or viewpoints regarding Firm personnel or matters with a high degree of professionalism is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills and strong project management experience required. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) are required, with ability to present ideas comfortably in public forums and to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the Firm. Creative problem solving skills and the ability to think beyond task/project at hand required. Aptitude for detail work and ability to follow complex instructions with high degree of accuracy required. Strong interpersonal skills required; ability to work with all levels of personnel and in a cross-functional team environment required. Ability to take ownership of projects from beginning to end with guidance and direction from superiors; ability to anticipate and follow up in all areas required. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision, to handle a number of matters concurrently, to remain flexible regarding work assignments, to prioritize work appropriately, and to meet deadlines required. High level of skill with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to learn and master other software as needed (e.g., Qualtrics, Captivate), without access to training resources within the Firm. Ability to work independently is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime.
