Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist team representing clients in commercial litigation, specifically working with financial institution clients and representing them in state, federal, and appellate actions. Must be licensed in Florida. Should have 1-3 years of complex litigation experience, including experience in commercial litigation and/or financial services litigation. Experience with mortgage or foreclosure litigation is preferred. A current license to practice law in the state of Florida is required. Must have experience drafting complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings. Should have experience participating in the development of a strategy for written and deposition discovery.
