Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Should preferably have 3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Must be proficient in Word, Adobe and highly organized, excellent grammar skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented. Must have general understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing and financing and the parties involved in each. Must have some litigation knowledge, such as electronic filing, court procedures and case management. Drafting skills for basic contract forms and pleadings preferred.
