Part Time Elder Law Paralegal The candidate should have elder law experience. Should have experience with Elder Counsel software (specifically drafting of Wills, Trusts, MAPLs, and VA Aid and Attendance documents) and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Experience with Florida law is a plus. Video conferencing ability will be required as well as use of Microsoft Office programs. 1 year of experience required. Spanish preferred.
