Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be interacting with clients, answering phone calls, preparing cases for trial, monitoring and meeting deadlines. Must be familiar with requirements and preparation of I-589, I-485, E-42A, and E-42B applications. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in the immigration field and complete fluency in Spanish and English.
