Paralegal The candidate will be a transactional real estate and corporate paralegal interested in or who has experience managing the entire life cycle of a real estate transaction from preparation and execution of the purchase agreement through post-closing as the lead coordinator, maintaining full ownership and responsibility for closing, including due diligence, title review, survey review and preparation of all pre-and post-closing documents. Assist with corporate/LLC formations, organizational matters, board minutes, and other corporate/LLC matters; in the preparation of leases, amendments and lease abstracts; with general office matters. The candidate must have 2 years experience working as a transactional and corporate paralegal; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent verbal and written communication skills; interact extensively with clients, outside counsel, and title companies via telephone and email; ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze documents; excellent critical thinking and communication skills; ability to manage projects and meet tight time deadlines and adjust to changing priorities; proficiency using Microsoft Office; ability to respond quickly, multi-task and adjust to shifting priorities.
