Legal Secretary The candidate will provide administrative support for 3 attorneys and includes client file and calendar management, assisting in marketing, and lead follow-up. Must have: 3+ years of related administrative, legal secretarial or case management experience. Trust and Estate Planning and estate administration experience ideal, but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, document assembly programs (data entry), and court procedures. Customer service oriented, highly detailed and organized. A real self-starter. Ability to work both independently and with a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have be customer service oriented, highly detailed and organized, and experienced in providing legal support.
