Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Should feel comfortable conducting research, summarizing medical records, summarizing construction records, working on discovery and additional litigation tasks, as needed. Responsibilities: Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate written discovery. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Must have 2+ years' as Litigation Paralegal.
